SAINT PARASKEVI COMMUNITY MISSION

The Saint Paraskevi Community Mission purpose is to support those in need/hardship within our parish and the Blacktown NSW community. Currently, we provide meals on a fortnightly basis at Alpha Park Blacktown in partnership with Mother Maria of Paris Greek Orthodox Mission as well as direct support with parishioners in need. Our feeding program works closely with a coalition of Charity Organisations that has bonded together to serve the community. Each fortnight, we provide warm meals, fresh cakes, drinks, clothing and other misc supplies which have been donates by members of our parish for the St Paraskevi Missions work.
 
We also provide donated items like grocery items, meals and drinks to any parishioners who reach out during their time of need. All of these items are donated by members of our parish.

We are always looking for volunteers to help out with our missions work. If you can assist by providing us with resources (meals/clothes etc) or your time for 1-2 hrs each Thursday fortnight, there are a few ways you can contact us for more information;
