GO Youth NSW is the youth branch of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia in NSW. GO Youth initiative strives to bring Orthodoxy to youth, aged 18-35, in a joyful and innovative way. By brainstorming with the youth of our Archdiocese, GO Youth found many areas which young people are interested and thirsty to learn more about.

Our youth want to be involved and to help the Church grow! With zeal for Christ and energy for the future of our Church, GO Youth want to equip our young people with the professional, theological and interpersonal skills they are eager to learn. For this reason various practical and spiritual activities have been organised including: inter-parish English services and talks, audio/video workshops, weekend retreats, horse-riding day retreat, and more. Through these initiatives GO Youth aims to build support networks amongst young people to build one another’s faith, strength and hope along our common journey to Christ.

Under the direction of His Grace Bishop Emilianos of Meloa, the GO Youth continues to pursue the goal set at its inception: strengthening the faith and unify of our youth and young adults. Entrusting ourselves to the prayers of St. Marina, our Patron Saint, we offer this ministry for the youth, by the youth!
